DCPS Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Davis Cosmetic Plastic Surgery gift cards may be used toward eligible in-office treatments and non-surgical procedures. Gift cards are not valid for surgical services.

Gift cards are redeemable from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 and may not be carried over beyond the expiration date.

Gift cards are non-reloadable, non-transferable, and may not be divided among multiple individuals. Gift cards must be used by the intended recipient unless purchased as a gift.

Gift cards are valid only at Davis Cosmetic Plastic Surgery and may not be used with third-party providers.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.

Davis Cosmetic Plastic Surgery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

All purchases of gift cards are final. Additional restrictions may apply to certain services or promotional offers.

Gift cards are for any eligible service before 12/31/26. Gift cards are not for redemption on the day of purchase.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

No. Gift Cards cannot be distributed between multiple accounts. Please do not ask.

Your Gift Card purchase and all additional FREE Gift Card Upgrade are applied to your account. FREE Gift Card Upgrades cannot be split among multiple accounts.

If at the time of purchase we are running a special with BONUS Gift Card added to your purchase the BONUS Gift Card will be added to your checkout cart.

No. Any Bonus Gift Cards is for us by the same person who is using the main purchased card. Any Gift Cards are non-transferable.

Additional Shop Terms

When you leave a review a ‘Thank You’ email is auto-generated and sent to your verified email address. The discount code received can be used up to three times before they expire (and can expire without notification from the shop.)

If your discount code is not working it will give you a specific error message. If your discount code is expired, we apologize but there is nothing we can do to reactivate an expired code.
